We ensure that each piece of personal data is safely stored and we do not have policy to sell or disclose the personal data to the third party, other than our business partners mentioned in item 6 of Purpose For Collection, Processing, and Disclosure.

1. use our Online Reservations, newsletter subscription and promotion request;
2. submit enquiries thru an email; and

We may also collect non-personally identifiable information about you, such as your use of our websites, communication preferences, IP address, accommodation habits, aggregated data relative to your stays, and responses to promotional offers and surveys.

Note that Credit card information including name of cardholder, credit card number (including secure code), credit card billing address and expiry date is separately stored in the server of our commercial bank, namely Kasikorn Bank Public Co., Ltd.)

Purpose For Collection, Processing, and Disclosure:

The Data may be collected and used by TTI for one or more of the following purposes:
1. Providing services such as processing a reservation transaction;
2. For marketing purposes, such as matching our products to exactly meet your requirements;
3. Conducting market research via questionnaire
- to better serve your demand,
- to improve the effectiveness of our websites, and
- to issue our several types of promotion campaigns.
TTI may employ third parties to perform services on our behalf such as data analysis and web hosting. All such third parties will be under an obligation to maintain and perform the security and confidentiality of the personal data in accordance with our instructions.

Our server has a firewall in place, which is set up in order to protect the Data collected from you against unauthorized or accidental access. However, complete confidentiality and security is not yet possible over the Internet, and privacy cannot be assured in your communications to us.
